بعد میخوام از دبیرستان شروع کنم و از آقای هوژن هوشی دبیر ریاضی مون تشکر کنم و این روز رو به ایشون تبریک میگم.

بعد از استاد عزیزم آقای محمدی(از دانشگاه) تشکر میکنم برای زحماتی که برای ما کشیدن.روزتون مبارک استاد عزیزم. هر چی من یاد گرفتم از شما و در کلاس شما بود.

۳ فروردین تولدم بود

چون مسافرت بودم نتونستم پست جدید ارسال کنم.

جاتون خالی تهران بودم خونه ی داییم.خیلی خوش گذشت.

حالا راجع به سنم   راستش خیلی ها سنم رو پرسیدن منم جوابشون رو ندادم

آخه مگه نمیدونین نباید از خانوم ها سنشون رو پرسید؟

شرکت مخابرات به بهانه حمایت از الفبای فارسی (که در واقع عربی است) هزینه SMS  با حروف لاتین را از 14 تومان به 23 تومان در سال جدید افزایش داده است. تعداد SMSهای ارسالی روزانه در مواقع عادی 70 میلیون برآورد شده است و انتظار می‌رود که 180 میلیون SMS فقط در شب سال‌نو فرستاده شود. به قیمت سال پیش (14 تومان) یعنی:

180,000,000 * 14 = 2,250,000,000

تومان فقط در یک شب.

اما شرکت مخابرات به این هم راضی نیست و قیمت را به 23 تومان افزایش داده است. پس بیایید همه باهم اس ام اس را در شب سال جدید تحریم کنیم.

این ایمیل را به دوستان خود بفرستید و برای افرادی که از ایمیل استفاده نمی‌کنند درصورت امکان پرینت بگیرید و خبر دهید تا بدین وسیله جلوی سوء استفاده از حقوق مردم گرفته شود.

به یاد داشته باشید که حق گرفتی است نه دادنی!

Cut the Morning Coffee
For many people, the first thing they reach for in the morning is coffee. Although it may initially give you a jolt, coffee actually depletes your vital essence, "borrowing" energy that you didn't have in the first place.

Caffeine acts as a central nervous system stimulant. It causes you to experience stress, anxiety, a racing mind, and even insomnia, working against your attempts to relax the body and calm the mind. It is best to drink tea unsweetened and without milk, which can minimize some of the health benefits. To sweeten the tea without the extra calories, forgo the sugar and try instead honey, stevia products, or a stick of cinnamon.
